Film - Moonage Daydream

Dreamy is the word.

Of course, there is the soundtrack (all produced by long-time collaborator Tony Visconti) to look forward to. I was a little apprehensive as I wondered what else could be said about someone who has been around my whole life.

Moonage Daydream is chronological and pieces together hundred of clippings from interviews, photographs and performances from 5 decades. It is the sort of documentary that is often promised on TV and then littered with other people giving their opinions. There is no one doing that here other than David Bowie and the film maker is careful to use rarer clips.

Worth seeing at least twice.

Moonage Daydream is a beautifully made love letter to David Bowie and is far from a biopic as it needs to be.
