Regular readers may have noticed I’d disappeared and not posted the usual 3-4 times per week in the last month or so. The reason is I’ve been doing a large project for new in town Yelp.
Yelp is a review website, born in San Francisco, now everywhere. They wanted to get Yelp Birmingham off the ground so for the last 5 weeks, I’ve been writing reviews on my beloved independent businesses around the city. It’s been fun, exhausting and challenging but I have loved writing reviews in my own style. Each day I’ve been writing for them I’ve also got to know more about Yelp and I know they will grow quickly and become the go-to place to find out about brilliant Birmingham.
