Movie: Escape From Planet Earth

A delightful film for children of all ages!This time, Planet Earth is the evil planet run by a nasty man who wants to take over all the planets. Or at least destroy them.The story is of two brothers, on the planet Baab; Scorch is the hero who undertakes daring rescues – the opening scene is of him rescuing babies. Gary, his nerdy brother, is back at base at BASA backing him with the technology. Scorch gets all the planet’s hero worshiping while Gary is married with a son and safely tucked away from dangerous missions.Until the day that Scorch is lead into a trap on Earth by being side-tracked with a glowing Seven Eleven shop. Gary’s son is one of his fans and vows to go get him back and Gary has no choice but to go get his brother back.The cast of characters is as colourful as you’d expect from a kiddie movie but kept me smiling from start to end!8/10Smile factor 10/10
